Just goto Intrigue decisions and check condition for going Feudal. Been a while since I played tribal, but I believe that you have to be at least duke level to have it. V3rmillion fe scriptsĪll this might vary with which DLC's you have though. You also need a stone hill fort in your capital I believe. So, if you have minimum tribal organization now, the only one you could unlock is Low T. As far as I know it should be there but you need to work towards it, you can only move one step at a time. I've come back to Crusader Kings 2 after a long time and looking at the laws tab I don't see absolute tribal organization, am I missing something before this appears in the law tab?
