You can feel every step and swing of the blade. My favorite thing about this game is the weight of every movement. I loved demon souls at launch and thought that was the pinnacle but they took it to the next level here. Enemy encounters, world design, ’s crazy to think they pulled it off. Playing the remaster reaffirms that it is one of the greatest games of all time. Can’t be bothered to make a thread for each individual game so I’m chucking em all in here in order of play.ĭark souls: played the original at launch and loved it. I bought DS remastered this past summer and had no intention of going through the series, but here I am.
